The Food and Beverage Manager connects guests to our educational mission through exceptional farm-to-table experiences that celebrate local agriculture and sustainability. You will lead staff in sharing the stories behind our ingredients, fostering a welcoming environment that inspires a deeper understanding of our food system.

The Line Cook at the Farm's food truck prepares and serves simple and nutritious lunches and snacks, showcasing products produced here at the farm and by other local producers. As you'll be working at the hub of the farm, you'll also have the opportunity to engage with visitors about their meals, sharing information about the farm's mission and sustainable food practices.

Be an integral part of our Event Team at Shelburne Farms! This position contributes to the execution of a wide range of events, large and small, such as programs, outdoor concerts, non-profit gatherings, and events that help foster the mission of Shelburne Farms. The ideal candidate for this position will have a knack for communicative and team-oriented problem solving, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for creating an unmatched guest experience. This is a part-time, seasonal position from Late-April to Late-October.  

The seasonal Lead Sous Chef is a hands-on leader who combines operational excellence with creativity, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and a passion for food systems. This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and a commitment to sustainability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that reflect Shelburne Farms’ mission.

Our Dairy and Livestock Farm Manager will provide day-to-day management coordination and oversight for our pasture-based dairy and livestock operations, collaborating with farm colleagues to advance the Farm's mission, vision and goals.  We're seeking someone who loves being a farmer, wants to grow professionally,  and is excited to become part of the farm-based education community at Shelburne Farms.
