Dairy & Cheesemaking

We craft cheddar solely from the milk of our pasture-raised Brown Swiss cows.
Maple Sugaring

Every year in late winter/early spring, we tap the maple trees in our sugarbush and transform the sweet sap into delicious maple syrup.
Organic Market Garden

Our seven-acre organic garden grows vegetables, fruits, and flowers using minimum tillage, cover crops, compost, and season-extending hoop houses.
