Isaac joined the cheese team in early September 2024 shortly after moving to Vermont. He majored in recreation, parks, and tourism management at Penn State University in State College, the area where he grew up. While at Penn State, he worked at Shaver's Creek, the University's environmental center, primarily with the grounds and facilities crew, and he also explored his passion for environmental education as a summer camp naturalist and assisting with its maple harvest festival. It was at Shaver's Creek where Isaac heard good word about the farm. Isaac spends his free time playing guitar and exploring the area through food and drink. He is so excited to be a part of the farm and is looking forward to further growing his love for sustainability and connecting people to the outdoors!
