Fred Bay

Fred Bay retired as President and CEO of The Bay and Paul Foundations in 2019 after leading the organization for over 30 years.  He remains actively engaged in advocating for and supporting school-based and other philanthropic initiatives that elevate youth voice and agency, promote the practice of democracy in schools; advance an ethic and practice of environmental stewardship; and integrate academic course work with meaningful community service.
