Andi's cheesemaking career started at Shelburne Farms when she moved to Vermont from sunny south Florida in 2017 after years in retail, and training until she assumed the role of Head Cheesemaker. In 2019, she headed to Marin County, California where she worked at a few creameries of various sizes. However, the Green Mountains were calling and Andi returned to Vermont to join the team at the Cellars at Jasper Hill. As Production Manager, she led the Food Venture Center Creamery team producing all of Jasper Hill's soft ripened cheeses. In 2023, she returned to the farm as Creamery Manager, bringing her expanded knowledge and experience back to the place where her cheesemaking career started. Andi sees cheesemaking as the delicious link between sustainable agriculture and nourishing her community.
